We harvest ripe Swiss fruit, freeze it at -30°C, and remove the water in a vacuum, completely without sugar, sulfur, or additives. What remains is the full aroma of the farm in a light, long-lasting piece. Our fruit grows in Switzerland, less than 60 minutes from production. Harvesting, washing, cutting, and drying all take place on-site, saving on transport and maintaining high quality.
